This new name in 2021 reflects the readiness of K7 Renovation & Plumbing Contractor to take on new professional challenges. First established as a sole proprietor company by Mr. S Kesavan its director, the Company has accumulated an extensive portfolio:
1999: minor and major renovation works in condominium flats, apartments, and private landed properties
2002: As a HDB licenced Contractor added full renovation of HDB homes
2007: As a BCA registered Contractor designed and built private homes, even rebuilding homes from scratch. Added extensions to temples including multi storey halls and landscaped gardens.
2021: Renamed K7 Contractor Pte Ltd as the Company is now a professional contractor qualified to provide the full scope of building and construction works required for major projects.
The Company has received relevant awards that reflect the quality of its work and the standards it has established in the profession.
The Company’s success hinges on a loyal and professionally trained team of workers who constantly upgrade their skills to remain relevant to new challenges.
Mr Kesavan, popularly known as Ah Hock, being multilingual has built a strong base of experienced and professional sub-contractors and reliable suppliers who enable him to guarantee the quality he provides in his projects.
